Customer Satisfaction & Employee Satisfaction

Greeting, this is Katsuyuki Koyano, from Chennai.
I had a big surprise today because a company let me down very badly.

Of course, my satisfaction was gone away as one of the company’s customers.

The name company is “­Air India,” state owned.

Air India pilots are striking more than 55 days, the second longest in the aviation industry, for improving their satisfaction such as their rewards, positions, and employee benefits.

There is no objection for me; however, it is taking too long on strike. Generally, there should be good balance customer and employee satisfaction.

As a result of the strike, if they receive better treatment, employee satisfaction, from Air India, worse customer satisfaction from many customers.
