今週はビジネスビザにかかる90日報告ついてです。
Q.
当社はBOI奨励を受けておらず、先日タイに赴任し、ビジネスビザを取得しました。家族もビザの取得を終えております。現在のビザは有効期限が1年後までとなりますが、それまでの期間で対応するべきことはあるのでしょうか。
I’ve just obtain Non-immigrant B Visa (B Visa) as expats under Non-BOI company. My family also obtain Non=immigrant O-Visa (O Visa). Is there anything we have to do before expiry date of Visa (1 year later)?

ビジネスビザを取得すれば、有効期間までの間タイに滞在をすることが可能です。最初に確認頂くこととして、現在のビジネスビザがシングルかマルチプル／リエントリーパーミットがついているかどうかです。シングルビザは一度国外に出てしまうと失効してしまいますので、複数回の出入国が出来るマルチプル／リエントリーパーミット付に切り替える必要があります。
You could stay in Thailand until expiry date after you obtain B Visa. You need to make sure that B Visa is single, or multiple/with re-entry. Since single Visa expire in case we go out of Thailand, we need to change multiple/with re-entry.
また、マルチプル／リエントリーパーミット付のビザを保有している場合であっても、1回の滞在期間が90日以上になる場合には、都度90日ごとに報告が必要となります。報告は期日の15日以前から期日後7日以内に行う必要があります。一度国外に出国すると日数のカウントはリセットされます。
Also, we need to report every 90 days in case the length of stay is 90days and over, although we obtain multiple/with re-entry Visa. Once we go out of Thailand, that count of days re-set.
申請に遅延すると自己申告の場合は2,000バーツ、担当官からの指摘を受ける場合は4,000バーツの罰金があります。この規定はBOI奨励企業でもそうでない場合であっても、適用となります。また、御家族のビザについても同様に適用されますので、ご留意ください。
We need to pay fine, if we delay to report it (Self-declaration:2,000THB, Officer’s suggestion: 4,000THB). That regulation apply for both BOI and Non-BOI company. And family also need to report it, although they have O Visa.
