Q　会社の設立手続きの中で、振り込まなければならない最低資本金について教えて下さい。

Q Please tell me how much paid in capital I should pay.

A. マレーシアでは、最低払込資本金2RM（約70円）からとなっております。
その後ビジネスの需要状態に応じて、100,000RMまで増資をし、その後さらに拡大する見込みがあるのであれば、増資をするというやり方が一般的です。ただ、ここで注意をして欲しいのが、すべての業界にそれが当てはまるとは限りません。例えば、現地に駐在員を一人置く場合には、最低払込資本金50万RM（約1,700万円）必要となります。また、小売店や飲食業を行う場合には、最低払込資本金が100万RM（約3,400万円）必要となります。

A In Malaysia, the minimum amount of paid-in capital is 2RM. You can pay up to 100,000RM according to your business demand in Malaysia. If there is more demand in Malaysia, you can decide to increase your capital. Many company in Malaysia choose this way. However, there is a notice of this way to you. Please check below.

Notice 1.

If your company decides to send a director in Malaysia, your minimum amount of paid-in capital is 500,000RM.

Notice 2.

If your company do Retail shop business or food business in Malaysia, your minimum amount of paid-in capital is 1,000,000RM.
