まず、最小行政単位であるバランガイへ以下の書類の提出を行 い、清算に関するバランガイの清算証書（Barangay Certificate on Closure of Registration）を取得します。
・ 清算申請書（Request Letter to Close）
・ バランガイ・クリアランスの原本（Original Barangay Clearance）
・ バランガイ証明書（Barangay Plate）
次に、市役所に会社清算のための㆑ターと清算手続に必要な視察の ための申請書を提出します。その後、市役所が清算する会社の視察を 行います。市役所の担当官による視察実施後、以下の書類を市役所に 提出してCertificate of Retirementを取得します。
・ 直近3年分の監査済財務諸表（Latest audited financial statement for three years）
・ 企業存続年数短縮を決議した取締役会決議書（Certificate of Board resolution attesting to the shortening of corporate）
・ バランガイの清算証書（Barangay Certificate on Closure of Registration）
・ 委任状（Authorization letter）
・ 事業許可証の原本（Original Mayor’s permit）
・ 事業撤退申請書（Form for the retirement of business）
