Q GSTに登録をしました。請求書を作成するにあたり、何か加えなければならない情報等はございますか。
Q Our company just registered GST number. Is there any requirement information to be put in tax invoice?
A 請求書に載せなければならない情報は幾つかございます。下記にて列記いたしますのでご参照ください。また、最後にはサンプルの請求書も添付しておりますので、ご参照ください。
- Tax invoiceという言葉
- 請求書番号
- 請求書発行日
- 請求書発行の会社名（もしくは個人名）、住所、GST登録番号、電話番号
- 請求書送付先の会社名（もしくは個人名）、住所
- 商品名（もしくはサービス内容）、量、金額
- 合計金額
- 課税GST総額
- 合計金額（GST額を含んだもの）
A Yes, off course. I am writing some requirements information as below to be put in Tax invoice and I attached the sample of Tax invoice at the last. Please see and refer to it.
- The name of “Tax invoice”
- Invoice number
- Issued date
- Company name (or Person name), Address, GST registration number and Telephone number. All information is related to the company will issue the tax invoice.
- Company name (or Person name), and Address All information is related to the company receive the tax invoice.
- Supply name (or Service name), Quantity and Amount of total.
- Total amount
- Total chargeable GST amount
- Total chargeable amount including GST
