今週は、タイの社会保険のペナルティについてです。

今年から社会保険のペナルティが変わると聞きました。期日はいつまででで、どのようなペナルティでしょうか。
I’ve heard that the penalty of SSF (Social Security Fund) will change in this year. When a due date and what is the penalty?
A.
ご記載の通り、社会保険のペナルティが厳しくなります。具体的には、翌月の15日までの納付（納付期限はこれまでと変更なし）に遅延した場合、6ヶ月の禁固刑もしくは20,000バーツの罰金またはその両方となります。また、遅延にかかる延滞金として、月利2％の支払いが必要となります。
As you mentioned, the penalty of SSF will changed and be strict. Specifically, the company need to pay SSF within 15th of next month. In case the company detail to pay within due date, there are penalty which is either or both imprisonment of 6 months and 20,000 baht fine. In addition, the company need to pay 2% of SSF amount as arrear.
なお、このペナルティは2015年10月（9月分の納付）から適用されます。実際の適用がされる可能性は低いと考えられますが、禁固刑もありますので、適時に納付していただくようご留意ください。
This penalty will enforce from Oct/2015(SSF for Sep). Kindly take care the due date since there is penalty of imprisonment.
