・ 責任役員のNBIクリアランス（Original NBI Clearance of the responsible officer）
・ 責任役員の有効なID（2つ）（2 valid IDs of the responsible officer）
・ 最新の年次報告書のコピー（Copy General Information Sheet）
・ 会社と役員の個人情報書類（Personal Profile of the Company and officers）
・ 会社の写真（事務所と倉庫）（Company pictures（ office and warehouse））
・ 顧客プロフィール登録システムに登録された情報のコピー（Copy of the Stored CPRS Profile）
・ VASP供給者の確認済eメールのコピー（Copy of the email confirmation of VASP Provider）
・ 輸入品目のリスト（List of Products to be imported）
・ BIR登録書のコピー（Copy of BIR Certificate of Registration）
