質問）
犯罪履歴の確認についての質問です。
・アメリカでは従業員雇用の際に犯罪歴等バックグランドチェックを行うのが一般的です。
メキシコでは犯罪歴のバックグランドチェックが可能なのでしょうか？
可能な場合その方法を教えて下さい。
また一般的にどのように対応しているのか、教えて頂きたいです。

回答）
メキシコにおいても、犯罪履歴を確認出来る公的文書がございます。
先ずは基本的な入手方法を記載します。
No Criminal Record Certificated
The letter of no criminal record is an official document that certifies the inexistence of any crime and is free of charge in some Mexican States.
※「No criminal record」とは犯罪履歴を確認出来る公的文書です。
・確認方法
!）On-Site Processing
To carry out this process in person, you must go to the local agency of the PGR, fill out the form and submit the following documentation:
※PGR（Procuraduría General de la República）共和国検事総省

- Official identification (INE, Passport)
- Birth certificate
- Proof of address valid for no longer than three months.
- Fingerprinting (If required)
The certificate is delivered the same day
上記の証明書類を持参し、PGRにて当日確認が可能でございます。
2) Online Processing
Some states of the Mexican Republic allow the processing of certificate of no criminal record online.
To know more details, you should visit the local page of the PGR and see the availability of the service.
※一部の州では、Webで確認することも可能でございます。
