100 bin tl \u00f6denmi\u015f sermayesi ve 5 T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n\u0131n olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u015eirket kurulumun tarihinin 6 aydan fazla olmas\u0131 durumunda ise kurulmu\u015f ve yabanc\u0131 orta\u011f\u0131 olan \u015firketin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izni alabilmesi i\u00e7in \u00f6denmi\u015f sermayesinin en az 100 bin tl olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir ve 5 T\u00fcrk \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 gereklidir. \u00d6denmi\u015f sermayenin 100 bin tl olmamas\u0131 durumunda ise ge\u00e7mi\u015f d\u00f6nem cirolar\u0131n\u0131n 800 bin tl ve \u00fczeri olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u30fb<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mondaq.com\/turkey\/investment-immigration\/351446\/work-permit-and-residence-permit-requirements-in-turkey\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u82f1\u8a9e\u7248<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Paid-in capital of the workplace must be at least TRY 100,000.- or the lowest figure for its gross sales amount must be equal to TRY 800,000.- or its export amount in the last year must be at least USD 250,000.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:
