In this week, I would like to share the information about \u201cGeneral Outlook of National Judiciary Informatics System (UYAP)\u201d.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

National Judiciary Informatics System, hereinafter referred as UYAP, is an e-justice system functioned as a part of the e-government system which has been developed so as to ensure fast, reliable, and paperless judicial system. As a central electronic network project, it connects all of the courts, offices of public prosecutors, prisons, other judicial institutions and other government departments in Turkey.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Registration to UYAP enables lawyers and citizens to examine all their files related to active legal cases that they are in, deposit legal fees and even submit necessary documents to any court all over Turkey by accessing to the system with e-signature.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

With regard to the mentioned system, there is another portal called KURUM UYAP which is specialized for the companies. Authorized person from the company can log in to the portal with one\u2019s e-signature and register the company information. Consequently, it will allow the company to be able to track all the necessary information on legal procedures as the company.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In Turkey, many companies are confronting the lawsuits between their employees, partners and other parties. Particularly, the cases between the company and employees are frequent events in this country.<\/p>\n

Therefore, even though it is not obligatory for companies to register to KURUM UYAP, it is also certain that this system will be of huge help for them to track the current standings of every active legal case and access to the updated information whenever they would like to without going to the court.<\/p>\n
