This week I would like to mention information regarding \u201cHow to Obtain the HES Code\u201c.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In order to cope with the still-ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, \u201cHES Code\u201d has been put into place by the Turkish Ministry of Health from early June. All travelers are obliged to obtain a valid HES Code (Hayat Eve S\u0131\u011far) for the use of public transportation including domestic and international flights, train and ferry travel. The HES Code will be obtained for a certain period of time upon request.<\/p>\n

There are several ways to obtain it depending on your residential status in Turkey. Please kindly refer to the following explanation.<\/p>\n

\u3010<\/strong>Case<\/strong>\u2460<\/strong>: <\/strong>You have\u00a0Turkish Citizenship<\/strong>\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n

Send a text message to phone number 2023<\/u><\/strong> that includes;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

(1) The Letters \u201cHES\u201d<\/p>\n

(2) Your Turkish\u00a0ID Number<\/p>\n

(3) The last 4 digits of the serial number of your Turkish ID number<\/p>\n

(4) The Number of Days Which HES Code Should Remain Valid<\/p>\n

(Expiry date must be at least 7 days extra<\/strong> after the last travelling date.)<\/p>\n

(2) Your Turkish\u00a0ID\u00a0Number<\/p>\n

(2) 3 Capital Letters of Your Nationality on Your Passport<\/p>\n

(5) Your Surname (Capital Letter)<\/p>\n
