<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ParaAttribute5\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d';\" lang=\"EN-US\">(3) to provide information service so as to facilitate its members in making contact related to work seeking; <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ParaAttribute5\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d';\" lang=\"EN-US\">(4) to provide consulting service in solving any problem or eliminating any dispute related to business management and work; <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ParaAttribute5\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d';\" lang=\"EN-US\">(5) to provide services related to the allocation of money or properties to be welfare of its members or public interest subject to the resolution of the general meeting; <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ParaAttribute5\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d';\" lang=\"EN-US\">(6) to collect membership fees and dues at the rate as determined by the regulation of the employers<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d';\" lang=\"EN-US\">Section 50 The employer shall organize the meeting with the employee committee at least once every three months or upon request of more than one-half of the total number of the employee committee or the labor union for the following reasons: <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ParaAttribute5\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d';\" lang=\"EN-US\">(1) to provide employees welfare; <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ParaAttribute5\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d';\" lang=\"EN-US\">(2) to consult for the determination of working regulation which may be beneficial to the employer and employees; <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ParaAttribute5\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d';\" lang=\"EN-US\">(3) to consider complaints of the employees; and <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ParaAttribute5\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d';\" lang=\"EN-US\">(4) to compromise and settle disputes in the work place.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ParaAttribute5\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d';\" lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ParaAttribute5\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d',serif; mso-bidi-font-family: '\uff2d\uff33 \u660e\u671d';\">\u30dd\u30a4\u30f3\u30c8\u3068\u3057\u3066\u3001\u52b4\u50cd\u7d44\u5408\u3068\u52b4\u50cd\u798f\u7949\u59d4\u54e1\u4f1a\u306e\u9055\u3044\u306f\u30b9\u30c8\u30e9\u30a4\u30ad\u6a29\uff08<span lang=\"EN-US\">OT<\/span>\u62d2\u5426\u542b\u3080\uff09\u306e\u6709\u7121\u3068\u306a\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002\u52b4\u50cd\u7d44\u5408\u306f\u30b9\u30c8\u30e9\u30a4\u30ad\u6a29\u3092\u6301\u3061\u307e\u3059\u304c\u3001\u52b4\u50cd\u798f\u7949\u59d4\u54e1\u4f1a\u306f\u30b9\u30c8\u30e9\u30a4\u30ad\u6a29\u3092\u6301\u3061\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ParaAttribute5\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;
