In case negotiation will be failed, the company or labor union submit reconciliation to Labor Department. It’s needed that the party submit it within 24hours after negotiation is failed. The member of both of company and labor union are up to 7 person, and 2 external qualified advisors also can attend and totally up to 9 person.<\/p>\n
