Our company set up the company in Thailand last year. And we’ll prepare employee agreement, company regulation and so on in order to hire new staffs. Meanwhile, I’d like to know what kind of regulation the company generally need to prepare.<\/p>\n

\u5185\u5bb9\u3068\u3057\u3066\u306f\u3001\u5927\u304d\u304f\u6cd5\u52d9\u3001\u4eba\u4e8b\u52b4\u52d9\u3001\u7d4c\u7406\u95a2\u9023\u306b\u5206\u3051\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

It depends on the company size\/type of business, but the company generally need to prepare following regulations. There are three types, Legal, HR, and Accounting. The detail list is below.<\/p>\n
