Since the 1980s, many Japanese companies have expanded into Asian countries in search of inexpensive labor.
Unfortunately, however, many companies have struggled in the region.
On the other hand, some companies have been successful there for a long time.
Different countries have different effective management strategies. However, successful companies in any country have a few things in common. One of them is that they have excellent local managers.
In this seminar, we will share with you the true role of a local manager in an overseas subsidiary, sharing the know-how we have accumulated over the years supporting Japanese companies in 27 countries.
We hope that this seminar will be a good opportunity for local managers of Japanese overseas subsidiaries and future managers to redefine their own roles and think about their own companies.
