Al t\u00e9rmino del periodo de prueba, de no acreditar el trabajador que satisface los requisitos y conocimientos necesarios para desarrollar las labores, a juicio del patr\u00f3n, tomando en cuenta la opini\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Mixta de Productividad, Capacitaci\u00f3n y Adiestramiento en los t\u00e9rminos de esta Ley, as\u00ed como la naturaleza de la categor\u00eda o puesto, se dar\u00e1 por terminada la relaci\u00f3n de trabajo, sin responsabilidad para el patr\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Art\u00edculo 39-C.
