Before leaving Malaysia, you shall apply for Tax-Clearance to Island Revenue department (LHDN). Tax-Clearance means that you shall pay the difference between and your paid income tax and mandatory income tax you will pay. After your applying, you can get the certification of Tax-Clearance. This certification helps you to leave Malaysia smoothly. Now, Immigration department and LHDN make their relation ship more strongly. So, at the department gate in KILA, they are struggling to cope with finding Non-paid person. If you had an opportunity to work in Malaysia, you have to take care of your tax payment.
