There is no Islamic issue required by the Law in the Handbook. Islamic must pray 5 times in a day. So, many company just set up in Malaysia do not know how to deal with it. If you make a rule in Handbook that is non-permitted praying in working time, there is being a big issue.<\/p>\n

Islamic prays at around 13;00 in every day. So, many company set up a lunch break after 12; 30. This break time can cover their praying time in the afternoon and don’t stop their working time because of their praying.<\/p>\n

And I have another recommendation. Muslim shall go to Musk to pray in every Friday because of their special day. You can put these sentences; In Every Friday, employee can go to Musk to pray, but they shall get back to work and start working promptly when they finish praying (Muslim Only).<\/p>\n
