In 2012, Malaysia government announced that they allowed foreigners to own hospital by fully owned in Malaysia. I would like to tell you some information related to setting up a hospital.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hospital shall hire at least 1 doctor who has a certification of medical in Malaysia and 2 employees who engage in this hospital. If you hire employee who engage in medical, they should have required certification.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

The number of hospitals in the area you would like to set up hospital. When apply for the license to operate a hospital, Malaysia Medical Council check the balance of Supply and Demand. If they think that hospital is over-supplied in this area, they would not allow you to open hospital.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

     attend in the interview.<\/span><\/p>\n
  c) Check your required documents<\/span><\/p>\n
  d) Inspect your hospital <\/span><\/p>\n
  e) The final check by the Officer<\/span><\/p>\n
  f) Issue the license<\/span><\/p>\n
  g) Start operating hospital and get your EP<\/span><\/p>\n
