Many people would like to want to stay in Malaysia for a long time. So, many people come or visit to Malaysia. In this reason, Malaysia government defines a unique “Residential”. Now, I start writing the 4 standards of “Residential”.<\/p>\n

1. \u5f53\u8a72\u5e74\u5ea6\u306b\u304a\u3051\u308b\u30de\u30ec\u30fc\u30b7\u30a2\u306b182\u65e5\u4ee5\u4e0a\u6ede\u5728\u3057\u305f\u5834\u5408<\/p>\n

1. \u5f53\u8a72\u5e74\u5ea6\u306b\u304a\u3051\u308b\u30de\u30ec\u30fc\u30b7\u30a2\u306e\u6ede\u5728\u304c182\u65e5\u672a\u6e80\u3067\u3042\u308b\u304c\u3001\u5f53\u8a72\u5e74\u5ea6\u306e\u76f4\u524d\u3001\u3082\u3057\u304f\u306f\u76f4\u5f8c\u306e\u5e74\u5ea6\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u300c\u9023\u7d9a\u3057\u3066\u300d\u304b\u3064\u300c\u7d99\u7d9a\u3057\u3066\u300d182\u65e5\u4ee5\u4e0a\u30de\u30ec\u30fc\u30b7\u30a2\u306b\u6ede\u5728\u3057\u305f\u5834\u5408<\/li>\n
2. \u5f53\u8a72\u5e74\u5ea6\u4e2d\u306b\u304a\u3051\u308b\u6ede\u5728\u65e5\u6570\u304c90\u65e5\u4ee5\u4e0a\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u76f4\u524d4\u5e74\u5ea6\u4e2d3\u5e74\u5ea6\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u5c45\u4f4f\u8005\u3067\u3042\u308b\u304b\u307e\u305f\u306f90\u65e5\u4ee5\u4e0a\u6ede\u5728\u3059\u308b\u5834\u5408<\/li>\n
3. \u5f53\u8a72\u5e74\u5ea6\u4e2d\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u30de\u30ec\u30fc\u30b7\u30a2\u306b\u306f\u5168\u304f\u6ede\u5728\u3057\u306a\u3044\u5834\u5408\u3067\u3042\u3063\u3066\u3082\u3001\u76f4\u524d3\u5e74\u9593\u304a\u3088\u3073\u76f4\u5f8c\u306e\u5e74\u5ea6\u3067\u306f\u5c45\u4f4f\u8005\u3068\u8a8d\u5b9a\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u5834\u5408<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

   1. he is in Malaysia in that basis year for a period or periods amounting in all to one hundred and eighty-two days or more;<\/li>\n
   2. he is in Malaysia in that basis year for a period of less than one hundred and eighty-two days and that period is linked by or to another period of one hundred and eighty-two or more consecutive days throughout which he is in Malaysia in the basis year for the year of assessment immediately preceding that particular year of assessment or in that basis year for the year of assessment immediately following that particular year of assessment:<\/li>\n
   3. he is in Malaysia in that basis year for a period or periods amounting in all to ninety days or more, having been with respect to each of any three of the basis years for the four years of assessment immediately preceding that particular year of assessment either-<\/li>\n
   4. he is resident in Malaysia within the meaning of this Act for the basis year for the year of assessment following that particular year of assessment, having been so resident for each of the basis years for the three years of assessment immediately preceding that particular year of assessment.<\/li>\n

      \u3053\u3053\u304b\u3089\u3001\u4e00\u3064\u305a\u3064\u898b\u3066\u3044\u304d\u305f\u3044\u3068\u601d\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

      \u203b  At 2012, 2014, you stay over 90 days and you are seemed as Residential in 2013 in according with No.2 in 4 years before the years. In this reason, you are seemed as Residential in the years.<\/p>\n

         \u73fe\u5730\u306b\u99d0\u5728\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u65b9\u3067\u3042\u308c\u3070\u3001\u305d\u3053\u307e\u3067\u5224\u65ad\u306b\u8ff7\u3046\u3068\u3053\u308d\u306f\u306a\u3044\u306e\u3067\u3059\u304c\u3001\uff13\u30f6\u6708\u7a0b\u5ea6\u6ede\u5728\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u65b9\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u306f\u3001\u5c11\u3057\u6ce8\u610f\u3057\u3066\u307f\u3066\u304a\u304f\u5fc5\u8981\u304c\u3054\u3056\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

         If you stay in Malaysia to work, there is less possibility to check your Residential. However, you stay in Malaysia as traveler or temporarily worker, you should care about your residentiall.<\/p>\n
