\nI had a big surprise today because a company let me down very badly.<\/p>\n

Of course, my satisfaction was gone away as one of the company’s customers.<\/p>\n

The name company is “­Air India,” state owned.<\/p>\n

Air India pilots are striking more than 55 days, the second longest in the aviation industry, for improving their satisfaction such as their rewards, positions, and employee benefits.<\/p>\n

There is no objection for me; however, it is taking too long on strike. Generally, there should be good balance customer and employee satisfaction.<\/p>\n

As a result of the strike, if they receive better treatment, employee satisfaction, from Air India, worse customer satisfaction from many customers.<\/p>\n
