means a person who has completed his fourteenth year<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; of age but has not completed his eighteenth year;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;(2) &ldquo;Child&rdquo; means a person who has not completed his fourteenth year of&nbsp;age<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>However this prohibition is for involvement in hazardous process which is usually in factory<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&ldquo;An Act to prohibit the engagement of children in all occupations&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>and to prohibit the engagement of adolescents in hazardous occupations and processes&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>and the matters connected therewith or incidental thereto&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Conclusion is that child is completely prohibited from employment and that&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>adolescent must not be involved with any hazardous process.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Companies without factories are belonging to Shops and Establishment act.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>And it is NOT legally to be mentioned about hiring Child Laborer on their rule book in India.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>(But it is better to
