フィリピン初級者向けQ&A⑰ 営業許可書の年次更新について

こんにちは、フィリピン駐在員の田辺です。

クリスマスシーズンも佳境に入ってきており、街のイルミネーションが華やかになり、至る所でMerry Christmas!と声をかけられる、ここマニラです。フィリピンは常夏の国ですので、雪が降ってWhite Christmasという事はまずありませんが、それでもツリーには雪を扮した白い綿や粉が装飾され、なんとなしに厳かな、そして華やかな雰囲気を醸し出してくれています。

大小関わらずホテルのロビーにはクリスマスツリーが飾られていますが、私のお勧めクリスマスツリースポットはマカティのペニンシュラホテルのロビーになります。非常に大きなツリーが飾られており、またその周辺のデコレーションはとても華やかでゴージャスな感じが致します。クラシックの生演奏も行われており、私は家族と毎年訪れて写真をパチパチ撮らせて頂いている次第です。

さて、それではフィリピン初級者向けブログ、第17回は営業許可書の年次更新について書かせて頂きます。

Q.　営業許可書の年次更新とはなんですか？

→原則的に、すべての企業は年に一度1月末までに以下の書類を更新し、営業許可書の更新を行わなければなりません。これがされていないとペナルティが発生してしまうので、注意が必要です。

【更新の必要な書類】

・Barangay Clearance

・Community Tax Certificate

・General Liability Insurance

・Mayor’s Permit

・Sanitary Permit（Pasig市の場合にはCity Environment and Natural Resources OfficeのCertificateの取得も必要です。）

・BIR form 0605

また、上記書類の更新には2週間程度時間がかかりますので、後回しにせずに早めに準備されるのが望ましいと言えます。

	a	Prepare the following documents for renewal of Brgy. Clearance [i] Original Copy of Brgy. Clearance; [ii] Copy of the Certificate of Gross Sales; and [iii] Application Form
	b	Submit the required documents at the Brgy. Hall. Pay the fee and secure the Brgy. Permit
II	Community Tax Certificate
	a	Prepare the following; [i] Application Form; [ii] Copy of the old Community Tax Certificate
III	Pay and secure General Liability Insurance
IV	Mayor’s Permit
	a	Prepare and submit the following documents: [i] Application Form; [ii] Original latest Mayor’s Permit; [iii] Special Pwer of Attorney to process business permit; [iv] Copy of the latest Financial Statement; [v] Copy of the Certificate of Gross sales. [vi] Present Copy of the General Liability Insurance; [vii] Present copy of the Community Tax Certificate
	b	Submit the above documents and secure billing assessment.
	c	Pay the assessment fee
	d	Secure Mayor’s Permit
V	Sanitary Permit (Makati)
	a	Present a copy of the Mayor’s Permit
	b	Pay and secure Sanitary Permit
	c	Pay for Fire Safety Inspection
V-1	Sanitary Permit and CENRO Certificate(Pasig)
	a	present the following; [i] Original CENRO Certificate; [ii] Health Certificate of all employees; [iii] Health IDs of all employees; [iv] Original Sanitary Permit
	b	Submit the above documents and secure Sanitary Permit.
	c	Pay and secure Environment Authority to Operate issued by City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO)
VI	Bureau of Internal Revenue
VI		Prepare BIR application form 0605 and pay in the accredited bank of the RDO where the Company is situated
